Ring Rolling Forged Alloy Steel Thrust Bearing Rings Factory

Our machined rings represent the pinnacle of ring rolling and high-accuracy CNC machining integration. Starting as forged ring blanks, each ring is precision-finished to deliver exceptional dimensional accuracy and surface quality for demanding heavy-duty loads, rotational accuracy, and long service life in construction equipment, heavy-duty equipment, and power-transmission systems.Unlike complete bearings, our bearing rings are the precision-machined inner and outer rings used by bearing manufacturers as core components. In addition to rings, we also supply fully assembled shrink discs, featuring durable anti-corrosion treatments, showcasing our capability for surface protection and final assembly-level manufacturing.
